Nick Chubb Chews up Cincinnati

Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt combined for over 200 yards and 4 touchdowns on TNF.

In a game that at first glance seemed slightly unappealing, the Browns and Bengals might foreshadow as a great Ohio rivalry for years to come.

Coming off an awful loss Baltimore, the Browns committed to pounding the ball on the ground on TNF.

HB Nick Chubb and HB Kareem Hunt combined for over 200 yards and 4 touchdowns helping the Browns move to 1-1 on the season (Kevin Stefanski's 1st win as head coach).

Baker Mayfield looked a lot calmer behind his offensive line, reaching a nearly perfect rating on his opening drive. OBJ also got back into the mix, quieting the trade rumors that had been circulating during the short week - Beckham Jr. had 4 receptions for 74 yards and a diving touchdown grab in the first quarter.

Now, the Browns success wasn't the only storyline to come out of Thursday's national game.

QB Joe Burrow, even with a strip-sack and a miscommunication under center that led to a snap behind his back, looked poised in the pocket. Burrow made great decisions with the ball and led his team to some impressive drives going 37-61 for 3 TD's.

While the Bengals climb from a 0-2 hole with the Eagles on deck next Sunday, The Browns are looking to carry some momentum into Week 3 with a game against Dwayne Haskins and the Washington Football Team.

Great win for the Browns.
